Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is the most important factor in prolonging the life of the floor finish:
- Place walk off mats at all entry/exits and at kitchen sink areas to reduce trapping dirt into the floor and excessive wear at high traffic areas.
- Fit felt Safeglides under all chair legs and tables and furniture that could scratch the floor finish.
- Be careful with soft rubber street shoes as they can permanently scuff and mark easily.
- Remove black marks immediately
- Trim pet claws
- Keep high heel shoes in good repair.
- Wipe up all water spills immediately.
